Complete all relevant Workflows

Prior to arriving on site, personnel must complete the Melbourne Health Induction and Flu Vaccination Register workflows. Your Flu Vaccination workflow submission will be assessed by a Melbourne Health approver and you’ll be notified of approval by email before attending the site. The below steps will help you get started straight away. This is a mandatory requirement for conducting works at all Melbourne Health sites. Where applicable to your works, you can also submit a Fire Isolation workflow request for approval by a Melbourne Health approver.
