Welcome to Frasers Property. Frasers Property has implemented this Quick Start guide to help you save time when attending one of our projects, sites, buildings, or assets. It is a mandatory requirement all contractors check in via the Sine Pro mobile app upon arrival and complete the site-specific induction. The below steps will help get you started.

Create a Sine Account and Download the Sine Pro app

First, each contractor must create a free Sine account.

To Download the app, search for “Sine Pro” via the App Store or Google Play and download it for free. Finish setting up your account by verifying your email address & mobile phone number and adding a profile picture.

Check in at Site

Open the Sine Pro app from your mobile device when you arrive at site.
The Frasers Property location will be displayed under the Nearby site list, tap on the Frasers Property site you would like to check-in to, or check-in via the QR-code displayed at site.
Select the appropriate visitor type.
Complete the check-in form.

During the check-in process, review and complete the health and safety induction.

What if I need a permit?

A permit is required for some high-risk activities on site. You will need to complete the appropriate work permit prior to commencing the work.

This will be reviewed by Frasers Property and approved if the permit requirements are met. You need to wait for approval prior to commencing the work

How does Visitor and Contractor Management use my location?

The Sine Pro mobile app uses location services on a mobile device to allow a user to trigger a 'check-in’ or ‘check-out’ event when a user enters or leaves a specified geofence area.

What is a geofence?

A geofence is a virtual perimeter for a real-world geographic area. Sine Core dynamically generates a geofence radius around a point location (Woolworths Distribution Centres) to provision mobile-based check-in via the Sine Pro app. Geofencing enables the Sine Core software to trigger a response when a mobile device enters or leaves a particular area.

Is Sine Pro tracking me?

The Sine Pro App does not enable location tracking in any way. This alert, sent from the phone’s own Operating System, is because the phone is tracking the location at all times, and Sine Core leverages this, as explained below. The Sine Pro mobile app uses location services to trigger a ‘check-in’ or ‘check-out’ event when a user (in this case, your staff or a visitor) enters or leaves the specified geofence area. This is not used for the purposes of tracking whilst within the geofence area, and Sine Core can not reverse engineer this location to track the device in any way. To preserve data and battery life, Sine Core only monitors the known location of sites that the device has checked into before.

How much mobile data does Sine Pro use?

The Sine Pro mobile app is optimised to use mobile data in an efficient way. Expected data usage per day on our testing devices is less than 0.5 – 1 mb depending on visits, activity, and usage.

How does Visitor and Contractor Management store information and where is my data stored?

All customer data is stored in the Sydney, Australia AWS region. More detailed information is available in the Sine security overview available via https://sine.co/security/

What is Visitor and Contractor Management’s privacy policy?

Sine takes data privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains how we collect, share and use Personal Information, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. The Visitor and Contractor Management Privacy Policy is available via https://sine.co/privacy/

What if the privacy policy changes?

Visitor and Contractor Management may update the privacy policy and will communicate in a timely manner with all users if/when the policy is updated.

Third Party suppliers that Visitor and Contractor Management use are AWS, SendGrid, Twilio, MongoAtlas, Cloudflare, Intercom, Pipedrive, Unleashed, and Xero.
