Getting a visitor through the door used to mean managing two separate systems, running in parallel. But that’s where compliance gaps start to appear, a visitor clears one system but isn’t registered in the other. When the platforms don’t speak to each other, neither do the records.
Sine’s physical security integrations continue to expand – connecting visitor management directly to your physical security infrastructure so credentials are provisioned, managed, and revoked automatically through a single infrastructure. Records are captured across both systems reducing the risk of gaps.
In Release 1, that starts with native integrations with more products across the LenelS2 platform family – adding to our ecosystem of existing integrations with access control platforms. And we have even more access control platforms coming in Release 2.

With this release, Sine expands its native ACS integrations to include LenelS2 OnGuard and NetBox, joining the existing LenelS2 Elements and Honeywell Pro-Watch support.
This means the compliance record and the access record are created in the same moment, through the same system.
As soon as a visitor or contractor checks in through Sine, access credentials are automatically provisioned in whichever system your site runs. When their visit ends, access is automatically revoked.
This backend integration combines visitor management and access control into a unified infrastructure. With no manual handoff between systems, it can reduce the gap between verification and entry.
Once checked in, Sine manages credentialing automatically.
Visitors who meet the facility’s compliance requirements receive a unique digital credential on their phone at check-in, without needing to pick up a badge or stop by reception. This feature is for check-in via the Sine Pro mobile app, not a kiosk or web check-in.
For the duration of their visit, that credential opens the doors they’re authorised for, directly from their phone. The GuestPass is designed to expire at checkout, so visitor access does not outlast authorisation. This capability is available only to Sine for LenelS2 Elements customers.

Security and compliance teams get a live view of your tracked assets in the field, such as cards, keys, and equipment.
They know who holds it, who issued it, and when – creating a chain of custody from the moment an asset is checked out to the moment it is returned. Every assignment, transfer, and return is logged for access accountability.
Assets can also trigger check-in automatically via reader scan, and teams can manage and view the full asset inventory directly within Sine Pro.
