How do your plans work?
Our plans are very simple. Don’t worry about which features you need or think you need, they are all included in ALL plans. We also include unlimited Hosts (employees) with all plans! Sine plans are simply based on average estimated check-in volume at your site for all check-in types (visitors, staff, contractors, couriers etc). No problem if you exceed your plan level, we apply a fair usage policy and will let you know if you need to upgrade only after at least 30 consecutive days of exceeding your plan type.
How does your Enterprise plan work?
If your business or organisation is checking over 150 visitors a day or you have a large number of sites, then an Enterprise plan may be best suited for you.
Contact us to discuss usage and plans. We can provide a full service offering: account set up, training, hardware and dedicated support. These plans are ideal for short term events too when you are registering high volumes of guests or members.
How do your Sine Workflows plans work?
Sine Workflows is an add-on to your Sine Core plan. You will need to choose a Workflows add-on to suit your current Sine Core plan. If you add Workflows you may require a larger Sine Core plan if your usage increases on Sine Core. You can have as many Workflows as you require on your Workflows account. Fair usage for Workflows is representative of the following Response volumes per Workflows Plan across your Sine Team: Small, 1500 Responses per year; Medium, 3000 Responses per year; Large, 9000 Responses per year. In the event that you exceed these Workflow Response fair usage volumes in a 12 month period, we may contact you to upgrade your Sine Core and/or Workflows plans to a higher plan type.
What happens when I sign up?
For Small to Large plans, you’ll automatically start a 30 day free trial and we’ll contact you in 30 days with billing information. If you wish to sign up for an Enterprise plan,
contact us with your requirements and we’ll put together a package including hardware recommendations.
What hardware do I need?
Sine also works on an iPad Pro. We also recommend an iPad stand and label printer. Please visit the
Sine store for recommendations on the best products.
Which printers work with Sine?
The Sine system is compatible with the Brother 720, 810, 820. If you require another printer, please
contact us.
How do SMS messages work?
Hosts notifications can be sent via SMS, email and push notifications to the Sine mobile App. All plans come with sufficient SMS usage for your plan, subject to our fair usage policy in our
Terms of Service.
How secure is Sine?
Sine takes security very seriously. We encrypt all communications between your mobile devices and our servers. Sine is hosted on Amazon AWS – proven secure platforms.
